We have fan partners that offer on-site startup services, system diagnostics, and troubleshooting for fans currently in operation. These factory-trained teams can bring advanced test equipment to your site and evaluate fan performance in real time, helping identify problems before they lead to costly failures.

Reverse Engineering Capabilities
Got a fan wheel or housing that failed — and you’re not sure who originally manufactured it? That’s where our reverse engineering service can help. If you can provide basic operating specs (RPM, CFM, static pressure, materials of construction, etc.) and general dimensions, our manufacturing partners can often reverse engineer a replacement.
Typically, the failed component is sent to the factory for detailed teardown, measurement, and engineering analysis, and a fully compatible replacement is built — even if the original manufacturer no longer exists.

Our services are typically available across Northern Illinois and Northwest Indiana, but we may be able to assist outside this region on a case-by-case basis.
